- Coordinates the activities, manages further development in the context of Customer Information System Tasks, ensures contract fulfilment for the client and supports the Management Board administratively.
- Acts as the single point of contact (SPoC) for Customer Information System Tasks of the Swiss Union of Public Transport.
- Ensures communication within and outside of the Swiss Union of Public Transport.
- Makes operational decisions based on the strategic decisions of the Management Board and in consultation with the Federal Office of Transport (FOT).
- Sets binding maintenance deadlines and releases for IT systems and draws up the terms and conditions on the use of data.
